Today, Nick, Sarah, their friend, Josh, and I went to Halls High School (where the meet will be held) and practiced the long jump. Their friend Josh is in the 5th grade and he too is doing the long jump at the meet.
It was a bit warm today, but nothing to complain about. The kids had a ball and of course, I took a camera to document the fun / training.

Sarah & Nick look like they are going to do an awesome job. I know that whatever the outcome, they're going to give it their best shot, and that's what matters the most!
