Then some sprints to get the heart rate up.

OK, time to play running back and take a few hits.
Maybe taking hits is not so much fun.
It's better to give than receive.
Just be careful the tables don't get turned and you end up on the receiving end.
You have got to hit the guy low.

And sometimes your plans don't work out.
And you reach out and grab air.
Of course, running the ball is fun too.
